Who I am…
My name is Megan O’Connor, and I am dedicated to helping others navigate the challenges life puts in their path. Whether your goal is to strengthen your physical and emotional health or focus on personal growth and awareness, I have a passion for walking alongside people and helping them create intentional ways forward.
I spent over 15 years in the fire service and recently retired after facing the realities of PTSD. That experience made my own health and wellness a personal mission — to restore balance and begin living fully again. Over the past nine years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and practicing holistic approaches to healing the mind, body, and spirit, which I now share through my Health and Wellness Mentoring.
Along the way, working with a coach transformed my life. Coaching gave me clarity, focus, and the confidence to make decisions that align with who I am. Inspired by that growth, I became a certified Life Coach so I can support others in creative and empowering ways — meeting people where they are and helping them step into what’s next.
Life is full of transitions and opportunities to be intentional with how we show up. We are not meant to walk this journey alone. My role is to be in your corner — offering support, perspective, and encouragement through life’s ups and downs. The question is: What do you want to create?
